RASPBERRY NANA ICE CREAM

Hey you guys. Check out this amazing creating. I tested All I Need and found it really refreshing and apparently it is healthy at the same time. I decided to create a new dessert from scratch and fell in love with it. I had it several times since then, its so yummy and crazy delicious. You have to watch the video below, I honestly love the outcome. Very foodpornish.

– RASPBERRY NANA ICE CREAM –

for 1; vegan & gluten free & raw & sugar free

Ingredients

RASPBERRY GINGER SORBET
– 3 handfuls of frozen raspberries
– fresh ginger
– 1 tbsp. of coconut sugar

NANA ICE CREAM
– 3 frozen bio bananas
– 1 tbsp. of coconut sugar
– 1 tsp. of organic vanilla

TOPPING
– 1 All I need
– 1 handful of coconut flakes
– coconut sugar
– frozen raspberries

Instruction

RASPBERRY GINGER SORBET
1. Bring out frozen raspberries and bananas and let defrost for 5 minutes, chop ginger into tiny pieces in the meantime.
2. Get your blender ready, and add raspberries, the fresh ginger and coconut sugar and about 0,3 l of water. Blend until you have a smooth sorbet.

NANA ICE CREAM
1. Cut bananas in pieces and freeze at least 6 hours before. I usually have several portions frozen, just in case.
2. Wash blender, and do the same thing with frozen bananas, vanilla and coconut sugar. Add some water too. Not too much tough, be careful! You want it to be creamy, liquid.

TOPPING
Get yourself a huge jar. Bring in 2/3 of the raspberry sorbet, the nana ice cream and now add one can of All I Need. Top with the rest of the raspberry sorbet, sprinkle over some coconut sugar, the coconut flakes and top with raspberries. Enjoy.
