banana ice sticks

So. This is my first official entry. There is no turning back. I finally had the guts to start this blog, and let me tell you it wasn’t that easy for me. I am really shy about the fact that I am vegan. When I was younger I met so many people that didn’t really accept veganism, but times have changed. And I feel that the moment has come to share my cooking skills that I have secretly acquired over the last years. My man is absolutely crazy about me and my food. He encouraged me in so many ways, and decided that it is time for a new distraction besides all the stress and uncomfort that university causes. Don’t get me wrong I love studying architecture but it can be exhausting. Cooking on the other hand is pretty much the coolest thing I know. So this blog is all about healthy but easy vegan food. I am going to share one of my favorite desserts of this week with you. Banans, chocolate and almonds. I ain’t got nothing else to say.
