Hey guys. Have you ever made frozen fruit bars? If you are craving for ice cream, but do not like the idea of consuming tons of sugar, you should definitively give these ones a try. Such a healthy alternative. Any kind of fruit works, you can also substitute almonds with cashews, walnuts or else. Be creative! My summer basically consists of fruit and ice cream made of fruit. I am doing an internship right now, which I really love. And what I love even more is to come home and have some cold homemade ice cream awaiting me. The coconut oil will become solid once you freeze it, it is one of the main ingredients for – let’s call it- raw vegan dessert art. I added some sugar because kiwis are not very sweet as you know. So for instance if you want to replace kiwi with mango you may not need extra sugar but you should definitely add some cardamom, so delicious. 



for 4; vegan & low in fructose & gluten free


– 1 handful of grated coconut
– 1 1/2 tbsp. of almond flakes
– 1 tbsp. of coconut oil
– 1/2 tbsp. of cane sugar
– 2 kiwis
– 200 ml of oat milk
– 1/2 tbsp. of cane sugar
– 20 almonds
– 1 1/2 handfuls of coconut flakes


1. Mix grated coconut with almond flakes, sugar and coconut oil and bring into a form that is covered with baking paper evenly.
2. Freeze while preparing the rest.
3. In a food processor make kiwi & oat milk sauce and add sugar. Spread onto the coconut base.
4. Lay almonds into kiwi sauce and cover with coconut flakes and freeze for 2 hours or more.
4. For serving simple cut into slices and eat as frozen dessert. Enjoy.
